Hi Marcia, with this charcuterie board I tried to use items that were ok if they were room temperature. I keep my syrups hot so they can sort of warm up the pancakes and waffles. I love using my liege waffles, which hold up longer sitting out than Belgium waffles. I hope this helps! What a fun idea for your family Christmas get together.

I was thinking the same thing…how do we keep the foods hot or warm that need to be hot or warm?

I totally want to make this for the 27 of Dec 2024 for our company…since we are already having wife saver Christmas morning & in the 26th

I love the idea of the breakfast charcuterie board with mini waffles and pancakes. My question is ….aren’t those two items room temp or cold when you present the board?
Thanks, Conni
