Very good! Needed a bit more flour, cooked fresh pumpkin and mine a bit looser than canned. Nice dough to roll out!
I added some dried cranberries toward the end of kneading, 1/2 cup, my machine doesn’t have the add in beep in dough cycle, 20 minutes after start leaves 5 to mix in.
As I rolled I debated, rolling from the long edge would be perfect for slicing into 10-12 cinnamon rolls, try it another time.
Thanks for a great recipe, the aroma when baking must be how heaven smells!

I love this bread but how long did you let yours rise before you baked it? Really delicious but my bread did not look as big as yours before I baked it and it still came out huge.
