I’ve made this often, always with pork medallions. I season, sear & bake the pork tenderloin first, let rest, slice & add to the sauce as in the recipe. It is over the moon delicious! One of my family’s top 3!

Why couldn’t you sear the pork chops and then place then in a slow cooker with the sauce to finish cooking?

That’s what I’m doing tonight. Used my favorite recipe for pork tenderloin, will let it rest, slice it up & toss it in the sauce. I think it will work well!

This was a quick and delicious weeknight dinner. But defintely good enough for company! I used thick cut pork chops. It makes a wonderful creamy sauce. Will definitely make this again.
