Made this for after dinner. Between the bourbon and dark brown sugar and dark Karo, the pie isn’t too sweet like most pecan pies are. It was a HUGE hit! Everyone loved it and commented on just how amazing it tasted and how it wasn’t overly sweet like other pecan pies. Will most definitely be making this one again!
