Absolutely delicious! I add lemon zest to the glaze. This bread freezes very well also. I glaze after removing from freezing, before serving.

This recipe is amazing! Bursting with lemony blueberry deliciousness. I add the zest of two lemons and fresh lemon juice to the batter to bump up the lemon flavor. I use small to mid-size blueberries and coat them in flour to help prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the loaf. I leave out the heavy cream from the glaze to keep it dairy free. The 1x recipe made 1 large loaf and 4 mini loaves for me. I absolutely love this recipe.

This bread is a family favorite! It’s delicious and I love that the recipe makes two loaves because one is never enough! I’m not a glaze or frosting person, so I make it without and it’s wonderful.
