I have been looking for an oatmeal blueberry muffin for years as it is my primary breakfast choice. I found it with this recipe. I am thrilled to be able to use my homemade apple butter in my freezer as well. The whole wheat flour definitely makes a difference. It is definitely a keeper.

Amazing! My son has celiac so I swapped the whole wheat flour for GF flour, that was the only change and they were perfect! I did use the canola oil that wasn’t mentioned in the steps. I used paper liners and made 18 muffins (they don’t rise as much with GF flour). Def make them again

Hi, have just made your Blueberry Oatmeal muffins and they are delicious. I have noticed however, that the ingredient list includes canola oil but is not in the instructions as to when to add. I assume it is at the beginning with the other wet ingredients. This recipe is a keeper. Thank Alyssa. Best part is only had to convert the oven temperature to Celsius as I am in Australia.
