I followed the recipe as written, mine came out liqiudy in the middle! I baked it for around 50 minutes, toothpick I slanted from aside center down towards center, came out clean.. had to put on cookie sheet back in the oven, watching it every 5 minutes…I am an excellent baker (even have requests for things I bake), so very disappointed in this one…btw, have your cookbook and love it!

Great recipe, used a little larger pan and parchment paper (easy clean up) add lemon zest to the glaze. Parchment paper made it look a little rustic. Next time might make holes for the glaze to go into.

Cranberry are bitter without sugar try dry or hydrate the dry Cranberries and add. Could work.

My first time making pound cake. It turned out perfect even though I cut the sugar in half. Gracias.

It freezes wonderfully! I found that at 350 it take longer than 1 hour to bake. Can I up the temp to 375?
