Just finished making. Super easy to make! I did find the lemon zest a tad overpowering. Can I leave it out? Or is there a substitute? It is a super moist cake. Thanks

I don’t necessarily need my comment to be published. I made the 2x recipe which seems to call for 4 cups of flour. The recipe says to mix together 1 3/4 cups of flour and use 1/4 cup of flour with the blueberries. That made me think I had misunderstood something. Does the 2x recipe actually call for 4 cups of flour? Just looking for the answer. Thanks.

The recipe says it makes 6 servings but it calls for a 9X13 pan. These are either very generous servings or the # of servings is incorrect.
