Absolutely delicious!! I recently went to tropical cafe and saw Cajun shrimp wraps and I thought I want to make that at home so I got online and starting searching for recipes I came across this one although it wasn’t a wrap these were the yummiest shrimp tacos I’ve ever had. I’m used to traditional tacos and I not too long ago made a decision that I was going to change my bad eating habits. Anyways these were sooo good, I could eat the salsa right by itself. I substituted the cilantro with Italian parsley not intentionally, I accidentally picked up the wrong thing when grocery shopping lol and didnt realize until I started making the recipe. I did intentionally substitute the flour tortillas with yellow corn tortillas as they are lower in carbs and instead of jumbo shrimp I used extra large never the less again this was very very good. I want to try this salsa with chicken next time I make it.

These look delicious but I would definitely remove the tail tips after cooking. Don’t want to CHOKE on those?

I can’t seem to find a Cajun seasoning that we love so I’d really like to get the one you use!!! Also what recipe would you use for a sauce to put on these? We LVE a good sauce!! Thank you bunches
