I made a half recipe of the dough and a full recipe of filling. It made 9 rolls that filled a 10 inch square baking dish. It rolled out to about 9 x 14 inches and 1/2 inch thick. They turned out great. I am taking off a point for the fact that a full recipe with 4 cups of flour would have been way too big, and the filling would have been too skimpy. Also, the glaze recipe as shown was much too thin. I used 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 Tbs milk and it was better.
