could use trilogy seeds (flax, chia and hemp) or roasted garbanzo beans or toasted coconut on salad to add some crunch

This salad has so many of my favorite things. Pears, beets, feta and arugula. Sounds so wonderful with the honey vinaigrette. Can’t wait to try this one! ?
