Diane, I think this recipe actually stays dippable when it cools. It’s definitely not like a fondue where it becomes solid when it’s not on heat. Although, it is best served warm.

Great easy recipe! Easy and delicious. I used Kerry Gold cheddar and a yugling. Used fresh grated Parmesan instead of guyere.
