So I didn’t have fiesta soup I used cheddar soup and added a larger can of diced tomatoes and cut up pickled jalapeños for the bite. Followed the rest as recipe said and ya it was good

My 14yr old daughter made this… But she, like me, have to tweak… and use what we have on hand.
So we add large can diced tomatoes and 4oz can green chillies.
No cheddar so add some Velveeta instead.
A whole can of black beans.
Served with sour cream and tortilla chips!

Love this! I use just petite diced tomatoes, the rotel type seems to spicy for my son. I add can of tomato paste and rinsed pinto beans. THIS recipe is his favorite soup I make! Thanks so much.

I plan to make this tonight. The thought of adding the black beans and corn sound like great additions. For those wondering, Campell’s has the Fiesta Nacho Cheese flavor that I picked up specifically for this recipe.

I found condensed cheddar cheese soup…not nacho…
