I have been making this recipe, as is, for about 7 years now. It’s amazing! I also make a green goddess dip (similar to the melting pot’s) and it makes for the BEST Christmas dinner.

Every oven is different but for about 20-25 minutes or until the temperature reaches 140 degrees internally.

You will roast the tenderloin for 20-25 minutes at 475 degrees Fahrenheit.

What temperature do you roast the tenderloin? The recipe doesn’t say. Thanks!
