Hey Zac, I used American cheese because when it melts it mimics the cheddar sauce that Arby’s uses. Like I mentioned in the ingredient list, you could definitely swap it out for cheddar if you wanted to. ?

These sound awesome! But why is the author referring to American cheese as cheddar cheese? At least for me, there’s a huge difference: cheddar cheese is the bestest tastiest cheese ever made. American cheese isn’t even considered real cheese by the FDA lol
