Is there anyway to make this with cook & serve pudding ? For some reason instant banana is not available here in Canada and it’s like 20 bucks for a two-pack of these small boxes on Amazon. Please help!!

Yes! Let them cool, and then store them in an airtight container in your freezer. They should last about 2-3 months! Let them thaw overnight in your fridge.

That won’t be enough! You will need a total of 6.8 oz to double the recipe so I would use 2 boxes instead.
