Excellent! I made it Gluten Free; 2/3 cup 1to1; 1/3 cup shorgum flour and balance by pure chana dal. Will definitely do again. I was concerned with the amount of sugar, turned out good, but I will likely roll that back a bit next time.

Depending on how small your loaf pans are, I would still bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, but check them after 25 minutes to see if a toothpick comes clean after poking the center. Add more time as necessary.

It sounds to me like it’s your oven you shouldn’t trust. Many ovens arent calibrated, therefore wont be the temp that you set them to. Even if it displays that temperature. Get an oven thermometer and I’m sure you will have better luck.

Added 1 extra banana,1/2 c oil 2 c brown sugar,1/3 more c of flour,1/2 tea.bam soda 3 t l milk bake at 325 for 1 HR ,do at 50 min,muffins 20 min ,LG muff.

Had the same issue. Followed recipe perfectly. Middle was raw and edges were well done. I had to burn the outside to get the middle to cook.
