These tasted very good, but I baked mine close to 45 minutes. Maybe the 4 ripe bananas I used were too moist. I might put it in a 10 x 15 pan next time.

This is a great recipe, my family loves it. I have made these 3 times now. First time with a 10×15 jelly roll pan and the second time with a 9×13 pan. The third time I went back to the 10×15 pan. We liked them that way better….besides this is a BAR recipe and should therefore be a thinner piece of dessert…9X13 makes it more of a cake.

A 9 x 13 pan is correct! And yes, cook them for about 25 minutes. Check them and add additional 5 minutes if needed (this varies depending on your oven).

Do we bake it for the same time when using 9×13? Recipe is not updated. Still says jelly roll pan

Which pan size is correct?

I made this today again and again it came out yummy. I always bake it in a 13×9 pan. It never disappoints me. ??

I had over ripe bananas and decided to make it again. I didn’t have any sour cream so I used strawberry yogurt. Actually tasted really good!
