Tried the garlic Parmesan chicken it was absolute family favorite. I made a tiny addition to the recipe in that I added black pepper to it. My family enjoyed it with barbecue sauce but I tried it both ways with BBQ and without it they both were delicious.

I made this for dinner tonight & it was a big hit. I cut the recipe in half since it’s just the 2 of us empty-nesters. 1/2 of the seasoning pack is 2 teaspoons (I measured) & it was just perfect – very simple, very quick, & very tasty! I will be making this one often.

Carol, I’ve washed my chicken for around 45 yrs & have never had any issues either with the chicken or where I have washed or with anyone getting sick. If you don’t wash your chicken fine, but don’t try to regulate how others do their chicken.

I made this for dinner tonight. My only issue is that the breast I bought ended up being large, therefore the mixture only covered two of them. However, they fed three adults, which is all I needed. We really enjoyed them, and I will be making these again!
