I would say 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

I made this tonight and it was a hit. My husband is from west Texas and very fussy about his Tex mex food – he loved it. I made a copycat Taco Bell jalapeño sauce to serve on the side and it was a good compliment to the taquito. Thanks for a great recipe. It’s going into the regular rotation.

I always have leftover tortillas in my fridge, so I was looking for ways to use them up. These were so delicious. My husband rated them a 9/10 and declared them the best Mexican style meal I’ve ever made. My toddlers also loved them. The filling is so so good. Next time I will definitely have to double the recipe because there were no leftovers!
