Hi, thank you for commenting. I am not sure why this didn’t have enough flavor for you. Garlic and cajun seasoning are typically very flavorful. You can always add ore seasoning, or salt and pepper to help if you feel it is lacking in flavor. I am sorry this dish didn’t meet your expectations.

This was ok not great. Too much butter/oil made it greasy. Needed more Cajun seasoning. I will stick with recipes that call for coating the fish.
