Oh my gosh! My son can’t stand oatmeal and he ate this! It tastes like a little piece of Heaven fell on our plates for Breakfast! Absolutely AMAZING!!!! And dangerous because it’s too good! For those wondering… this tastes like the softest cinnamon cookie (Probably because I did it without the glaze)

I do, however, have a question about the glaze. The directions say to melt the butter in a pan. Then to whisk the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar together. Drizzle over baked oatmeal. My question is: do I add the cream cheese mixture to the melted butter or drizzle the butter and the cream cheese mixture over the oatmeal separately? Thanks for the great recipes! Julie

I’m going to try it soon, but I’m wondering if it can be doubled and put in a 13X9 dish? Have you tried that? I have to make breakfast for 9 people, so I need lots of it.
