I made this recipe exactly as described except that I used a smaller pan to cook the chicken. The chicken came out very juicy! However, this was such a weird seasoning combination. The brown sugar made this a bit too sweet. I won’t be making this again.

Hello! This recipe does not need to be covered with foil. I will always indicate in the recipe card any specific instructions regarding baking if necessary.

I’ve been cooking for over 55 years but still picked up a couple good tips from your website. I haven’t made this recipe, yet, but intend to do so. My questions are: Does this recipe need to be covered while baking? And, do you always indicate in your recipes when, and if, the recipes need to be covered–skillet or oven?

First time try as recipe written was not bad. Feel it needed salt in the seasoning (or on chicken prior to adding rub mix). Definitely try again with this addition. Turned out very moist, thanks for sharing!
