This recipe is easy and delicious; I’m doing it for the second time today. My one issue is that the apple slices don’t crisp up with only two hours of baking. Today I’ve baked them for 3 hours and they’re still not crisp. So it may be worth experimenting with time and temperature to get the crisp level you want.
