Very good salad. I tripled the arugula and cut down on the cucumber. Also used cherry tomatoes because they’re the only commercial ones with any taste these days. Didn’t have much leftover after a dinner for 4.

Fantastic salad! Love the ‘peppery’ taste of the arugula. My family LOVED it. I didn’t have feta so I used blue cheese. What a YUMMY salad!!

LOOKS YUMMY!!!! Only change I would make is leave out the cucumber because I don’t like cucumber.
