This is a great recipe! The chicken is moist and tender and it’s easy to put together. I’ve used a similar spice mix on just chicken breasts but this is a whole new level of delicious. I used Gouda cheese slices and a grated cheddar & mozzarella mix because that is what I had on hand. This one’s a keeper! Thank you.
