Hi Hope, the 1 3/4 cup apple cider is not apple cider vinegar! Just simply apple cider. There isn’t any vinegar in this recipe.

I made this tonight, the 1 3/4 vinegar seemed excessive so I figured it was a typo and instead put 1 3/4 of chicken broth with 1/4 of vinegar. Added a little heavy cream and some of the same seasonings I used with the chicken. My family really liked it.Thank you for sharing!
