Recipe for the spices, 5 stars.
Cooking time and temp, 1 star.
Maybe mention that a newer air fryer was used for this because I too have the large glass bowl with the expansion ring and my 4 lb, bone-in, thawed white meat only section of turkey took hours to get to barely 165°. Other recipes I’ve followed for convection cookers/air fryers have been just fine on time and temps with discrepancies being minimal. My whole dinner took WAY longer than planned and everything else needed reheated when the turkey finally finished and it was not juicy.

I’ll have to try again. I’m so sad it did not go well for me?

I would add the turkey rub just before cooking.

Can I marinate the turkey the night before?

I’m not sure that I have seen an air fryer like that so I’m not sure how it would work! But you could try it! Just make sure the internal temperature of your turkey is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
