You can use any parmesan that you have on hand however, I do love freshly grated parmesan the best!

This sounds like a great recipe! And not have to heat up my kitchen using the oven.

These turned out exactly like I wanted! I honestly wasn’t super sure about trying this recipe at first because it didn’t have any ratings, but I followed the (pretty simple) directions exactly and got delicious, flavorful wedges. Will definitely be saving this recipe and highly recommend!
