I enjoyed trying Hasselback potatoes for the first time and using our air fryer to make them since I had the oven in use. Your tool for cutting the potaotes looked great for cutting. I broke one of the potatoes trying to get it almost to the end but we still liked it. I just kept basting my potatoes as they cooked and when I returned them for more cooking time because my potatoes needed more time but that was an easy adjustment. Thank you for the recipe!

Just made this for dinner tonight and they turned out great! I didn’t have fresh herbs, so I just added 1/2 the amount in dried herbs and it still tasted great. I also used earth balance instead of butter to make it dairy free and it was very nice! I liked that these bake up faster than regular baked potatoes and they were very fancy looking! Will be making again.

I like the explanation in detail and is easy to follow. Dishes r also tempting before preparation, don’t know how yummi will be after cooking, Thanks a lot for different recipes.
