Love it! I normally dont like panko but this is a great recipe, the only thing I changed was pecorino romano in place of the parmesan, I will be using this recipe once a month as my wife loves fish but deep fried is bad and this is so much better for you, thank you for the recipe

THIS ONE IS A KEEPER! I’ve tried several air fried fish recipes, and they’ve all been kinda meh. This one has the perfect combination of flavors and the recipe is easy to follow. The Old Bay is a must. I did spray mine down with a little oil to help get crispiness and a little more of that “fried” flavor, but still healthier than deep frying and with great results. I’ve made this twice. The second time I was out of panko, so I used a combination of crushed Ritz crackers and corn flakes… even better. I probably won’t go back to the panko (unless I run out of crackers and corn flakes). Thank you for sharing this fantastic recipe with us!

I made this just as it was stated and it was delicious! Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! Definitely a keeper !!

This recipe is a keeper. Next time I make this dish I will cut back on the salt. There’s salt in the old bay seasoning and parmeasean. That should be enough. I wouldn’t salt the fish prior to dipping or add salt to the eggs. It’s too much. Be mindful when using frozen fish as it may have an added solution to help preserve it. Other than that it’s a great seasoning.

I used corn flake crumbs vs panko … delicious!

I preheated my air fryer and then checked at 9 minutes. The smallest pieces were done. I had 3/8 inch filets cut into “fingers”.

Made as directed. Even used frozen Cod from Meijer. It was amazing!! Served with malt vinegar and homemade tartar sauce. A new favorite!

I saw your recipe on you tube, Mandy in the Making. Her family loved it and I can’t wait to try it. However, I have a couple of questions. Do I need to preheat the air fryer? I will be using Tilapia, do I need to make an adjustment in the cooking time?
