This recipe was very good. I used Odom moo that came precooked so I added the broccoli to the meat to make this in one pot

My whole family – including 2 picky teen boy eaters enjoyed this recipe. I added some red peppers as well for an extra veggie. Doubled it all. This will go into our family rotation. Thank you for a great recipe.

I’ve been thinking for a while that I wished I could get Beef and Broccoli and Low Mein in the same dish, so I finally decided to look for recipes, and this was the first one that pulled up. It was so, so good! It was a similar texture to the low mein you find in Chinese restaurants, with the delicious and rich beef and broccoli sauce. I think you could add any veggies you wanted and it would be great, and you could totally add a meat substitute to please a plant based crowd.

This was great! I cut it down to one serving, skipped the carrots (I don’t like them) and replaced the chili flakes with Momofuku Chili Crunch. Going into my regular rotation!

This recipe has become a family favorite. My father is not fond of rice but I love beef and broccoli. So in hopes that with noodles he would eat this, I tried it.
BIG success.
I cook the broccoli softer and the meat is sliced thinner for my older father, otherwise recipe is followed exactly. No need to change anything.
Dad is cautious about my internet recipes, they are not always as good as they sound. But this recipe is truly a winner!

I love the taste of “Asian” food but was always intimidated to prepare it. This recipe was a game changer! Easy and absolutely delicious. Due to salt restrictions, I halved and diluted the soy and hosin sauces to taste and it turned out great. I sometimes add frozen Chinese vegetables to change it up.

This was AMAZING! i am a TOTAL cooking dunce and a total beginner at middle age of life, but for some reason now I have a keen desire to learn to make delicious and easy meals.
i had a few things on hand but had to buy the sesame oil. I bought fresh minced beef instead of a joint. i didn’t bother with hoisin sauce because i find that too sweet. Didn’t have fresh broccoli so used my frozen mixed veg (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.) To make it easy on myself and because I’m still terrified of raw meat and cross contamination, i made up my egg noodles first, then i boiled the frozen veg in the microwave in water for at least 11 minutes on high coz i don’t like crunchy veg! Then i made up the sauce in an extra bowl. Then i got out the beef from the fridge and fried it, after weighing it out, added the garlic, then the vegetables and finally the noodles and the sauce, and mixed everything up in the pan.
Then i ate it and it was the 2nd most delicious meal i had ever made in recent times, and SO EASY!
i had leftovers which i covered and placed in the fridge. I reheated them in the microwave for 2 minutes. I added some extra soy sauce and a little water to rehydrate it first.
I’m just wondering if it’d be better to add the sauce directly to the bowl of noodles and mix them in first before adding to the pan? maybe easier?!
Fantastic recipe, a real winner. I’m so glad to find something that doesn’t involve tomatoes or tomato sauce all the time! I think I’ll bookmark your page because it looks like there are many meals that would interest me!
A BIG THANKYOU!

This recipe is a keeper! Followed it exactly and the family loved it! The only problem I have is with your 5 minute prep time…..maybe a typo?? I started preparing this meal at 6 pm and my prep work was finished at 6:39 pm. We ate at 7 pm. Allow plenty of time readers! Not a 5 minute prep!!
