Great recipe that can be tweaked to anyone’s tastes. I made as is. Not that the nutritional content matters all that much to me but to anyone counting calories or carbs, don’t use the information posted. It’s way off. There are approximately 75 grams of carbs in one can of beans. Each brand is a little different. That times 4 cans is 300 carbs just for the beans. Divided by 6 servings is 50 per serving, not 10. With the other ingredients it’s even higher. More importantly would be the calories which is off also. That may be more important for someone trying to eat wiser.

Made this using 2 pounds of black beans leftover from a Chipotle catered event rather than the canned beans. Used 2 cans of mild chiles and tripled the cumin for additional flavor. Soup came out great. Definitely recommend as a fast and hearty meal.
